Can I apply for DV Lotto again ?

I ever had a green card because of DV Lotto 2007, but I had been in the US for 3 months before I returned my green card to the US embassy in my country. I hadn't applied for the re-entry permit.

Nowadays I live in my country and I have got back to the US.

I have some questions as follows :


1. Can I apply for DV Lotto again ? I will apply this year.
When I applied for DV Lotto 2007 and I got the card in 2009 , I wasn't ready to live in America
for a long time. So I discarded my card because I have my business and I had to study.
I'd like to apply for DV Lotto again because I'd like to do business in the US.

2. Are there any cases that some persons have ever had green cards due to DV Lotto, but they
discarded their cards and they got green cards again because of DV Lotto ?

Since you discarded your green card earlier, I would suggest you contact an Attorney for help.
