B2 Visa Indian passport - Citizenship changed
Hey there,
My dad is in the process of acquiring Portuguese passport which he should obtain in a month or two followed with giving up of his Indian passport . His B2 visa on his Indian Passport will expire in 2016. Would my dad require to go for another interview at the US consulate or can he use a copy of the B2 visa. Has anyone gone through a similar process !
At the POE (port of entry) the i-94 period is 3 months for EU related countries under the visa waiver program. With the Indian B2 visa, its 6 months. Is it possible to retain the Indian B2 ?
