Apply Refugee to USA from Germany

Hi ,
I am an Iranian live in Germany and unfortunately i haven't give right to stay in Germany ! Even that i have Strong Reasons and Documents that they can Prove i am in Danger in Iran .

So , my question is :

Can i apply Refugee to USA from Germany ? and if i can , how can i do it ?

Same way you did it in Germany! Go to the US Consulate and ask.
