P1 to Green Card
I need help/information what are the chances/process/qualifications of applying for a Green Card as a P1 holder. A person has an athlete visa, he gets it for 3 months duration but pretty much stays in USA 4-6 months, then goes home to Brazil for a month and repeats the same process over and over. No problems so far with visa or getting into the country, he is a professional athlete and trains and competes out of USA.
So if everything is done properly (he wants to try and pay taxes this year as well, since now he has a SSN - taxes would be on sponsorships as he isn't allowed to legally work) is there a way to qualify for Green Card?
