Hi all,
I'm new to this forum so I hope I am posting in the right place.
My petitioner, employer recently applied for my second Artist Visa. The first one of three years was expiring. They received the approval notice, however only 1 year was granted despite asking for three years. I have heard of many people receiving three additional years with the same petitioner, and also cases of people only receive a one year extension. Can anyone shed some light on this? Did my petitioner do something wrong on the i-129, or is it just at the officer's discretion.
