Want to conduct "paid" training workshop in USA to valid citizens in USA

Hi

I am a motivational speaker in India, with 28 years of experience. I would like to host workshop for general public in USA. This will be open house program of either 1/2 day duration conducted in a hotel in any/multiple cities in USA. People who are interested will attend by paying a fee (nominal less than $500 per person)

What VISA will apply and ? Can I do this on B1 VISA?
