I have a question concerning the following. What are the conditions how the P visa holder may apply for the lawfull permanent residence in the USA. Is there a time restriction concerning when I can apply for green card after getting P visa?

P visa is to perform at a specific athletic competition as an athlete or as a member of an entertainment group. Requires an internationally recognized level of sustained performance. Includes persons providing essential services in support of the above individual. Only limited period is allowed for P visa holder in the country. so you have to change your status for P visa to another type of Work visa and then you can apply for Premanent residence.
