I need some info concerning the Form I-129, for P-1 touring artist's case. Who can request it, since we are from Brazil? I mean, it has to be an American tour booking agency /agent or any American citizen can do it?
Who can pay the fees and how? I mean, does it could only be paid by the requester in American banks or can it be paid through Paypal or credit card by me, for example?
