How long can I be expected to wait for a P1 visa approval?

Hi -

I have applied for a P1 visa - the California Service center received my application on the 8th July. My case is still pending. Can anyone out there give me a rough idea of how long I will have to wait until/if it get's approved? And then how long I will have to wait to get an appointment at the London Consulate? It's very difficult to plan with so little info on processing times!!!
