Hello There,
My husband and I have recently moved to the USA on 01 exceptional artist visas which are valid for the next 3 years. We have been asked to perform on a cruise ship but our 01 visa's are the wrong type of visa's we would also need a C1/D Visa. Are we able to get a C1/D visa now that we are in the USA? Would we have to go back to NZ to get one or is it possible to get one in Canada? How long do they take to get issued? Is it possible to have the 01 exceptional artist visa and the C1/D visa at the same time? Is there a number that I can call to get some help on this issue.
