    p-1 visa - is it required

    Hi,
    I am a member of an entertainment goup. We have be booked to do one night for a private celebration in the USA. Do we need a visa?

    If we work for free and the person pays our fares and expenses do we still need a p1 visa?

    what is the appropriate labor organisation that needs to do a letter? would that be the entertainment union??

    ANy help would be aprreciated..
