I am currently on my H1-B visa which is due its renewal soon in November 2012.I am in the process of applying extension through my company.I came to know that I cannot apply for a fresh H4 for my wife since my expiry date is just more than a month.Since my wife has valid B1/B2 visa can she travel to USA and then later apply for H4 visa once my H1-B extension is approved?Please advise.
