I have a B1/B2 visa issued from the US Embassy in london.
I went to the US on a B1 visa in Aug 2012. This was the first time I have used the Visa.
I was given and filled in the I-94 form.
It was stamped as the expiry date being around Feb 2013. I left at the end of Aug 2012 however I did not realise that they did not take the I-94 form. I still have it.
however I am now back in the US again after being back home (have the proof I was home) in the UK.
Do I still need to hand in the "old" I-94 form? I have a new one which was given to me and issued for a B1 visa also. It's expiry date is Apr 2013.
