I'm working in one of the IT Company, I should need to stay in USA to audit our client site for 3 weeks, Is "Site Audit" reason will be approved under B1 visa. Please suggest.

Maybe. What kind of audit? Are you certified to do such audits? Have you done such audits abroad earlier? Have you done such audits in home country? How many? Whats your annual income? Why only you needs to perform the audit? You can expect such questions during interview.
