-2 weeks Requirements Meeting with the client and meet my parents.

Name of your client ?
- YYYY (Client in US)

Where are your parents ?
-ZZZ ( A place in US)

What status are they in ?
-Green Card with my brother's

What is his status
-Citizen

First on what visa did he go there ?
-H1

ok sorry you are not eligible for non-immigrant
-I have documents to prove.......

Sorry I dont need to see any of your docs ., thank you.

But this visit is very important for me professionally. I dont have any intention to migrate. What can i if i want to re apply.

am very sad to hear that. I would be going in with a similar situation. Can you tell me whether you stated in your DS160 whether your parents are in the US? Because my parents are NOT in US but they are legal permenant residents. So should I mention that they are in US and are LPR or should i check 'No" to 'are your parents in US?'
