Hi, My Brother-in-law (Sisters husband) has been deputed to Australia by his Indian Company on business purpose.

He is planning to take his family (Wife, a 1 year old boy and 3 year old girl) to Australia after 6 months.

My Sister was contemplating taking me with her for an year.

My query is whether I am eligible to go to Australia as a part of Family member.

You are eligible to go australia as a part of their family member.but i think before that you have to take advice from a lawyer.He will suggest you whether you are eligiable or not to go with them as a family member.
