Applying for H1B when i already have B1 VISA

I got B1 Visa last year but could not fly to US due to unavoidable reasons. Now my company requested me to apply for H1B VISA. Can anyone please confirm if it will be a problem during VISA processing or during VISA interview to get a H1B VISA when i already have a B1 VISA?
