Sponsor's H1B visa is expiring next month...Parents Visitor visa interview

Hi,

My H1B visa is expiring next month and I am applying for extension in the next few weeks. I am applying for Visitor visa for my parents. Will my expiring visa be an issue while my parents visit the Consulate for their B2 visa? They will have the interview before I apply for my extension (with my visa being valid for a month or so).

Do not take this chance. You will have to send your visa copy so they can deny on this reason.
Visitor visa decisions are so arbitrary; officers tend to deny on a whim.
