I have my LLC registered in US with my US partner. I applied for B1 on feb 2012 i had to file the tax as my partner underwent heart surgery but it was rejected as weak ties and VO said tax could filed online. Now this time I have to get a new bank account as my partner is no more working with me and bank is asking me to come to branch to get new account. My interview is scheduled for next week. Now i have valid UK visit visa and my bank statement is quite sound since 1 year. Do you think I can get VISA this time ?
