Regarding US B1 visa form 221g

Hi,
Can someone please help me i have given my US B1 visa interview at chennai consulate earlier this week.
Visa officer asked few questions like my company name, my current salary, whether i am visiting US for the first time and where i am going to visit.
while asking these 5 questions she got up from her seat and went somewhere and back after 2 mins.

when she came back to her seat she promptly said dont worry it is just a busy morning then she Gave me Pink slip form 221g and asked me to go counter 31.

when i went over to counter 31 she asked for my Passport, my resume and Invite letter which i got it from my Manager.

So i am bit sceptical what is going to happen to my VISA. Can someone please guide me what is going to happen.
Since morning i was just going through few blogs and links some says you will get some says its going to be delay...some says form221g means denial..

Can someone please answer.

Atleast can someone please let me know how to get / Process to get Passport back from Chennai consulate.

Dont want to wait more for that process which doesnt make any sense...if they would have to reject they would have done in first place i would have reapplied.

Did you got your Visa?

Same happened with me its been 2 months now since i gave my interview in Kolkata consulate they took my passport Invitation letter BEP sheet and gave me a white handout of 221g, i checked the website and its showing admin processing...

The current status of your passport is Picked Up this is the reply i got.

I am waiting for my passport and visa as well
