Hi Guys ,
Before applying for passport , I changed my name from Ankush to Ankush Chhabra .ie (Given name remains the same , only surname was added)
Now, While filling DS160 Form , I checked the following
Have you ever used other names (i.e., maiden, religious, professional, alias, etc.)?..........I clicked yes
Then it ask me for following
Other Surnames Used (maiden, religious, professional, aliases, etc.)
Other Given Names Used
Question : What should i fill in Other Surname Used because earlier i was not using Surname. It dont accept blank / null / empty
