Stamped date at port of entry

The Stamped date is incorrect in my passport. I came to US on Aug 17, 2013 and at the port of entry, the officer has stamped incorrectly
in my passport as Feb 16, 2013 instead of Feb 16, 2014(as per I94).Please let me know the procedure to change the stamped date in passport.
