Dates attended ovelapping..visa application

Hello,

I am going to fill visa application ds 160 and when it comes to work/education training, my graduation dates are overlapping with the work experience.

I actually graduated in the year 2008 took long, bu i started my professional career in 2004 and continuing till date, does the overlapping of work experience and the education dates will cause any issue in approving the visa.
