B1 Visa help for attending exhibition/conference

I am looking forward to apply a B1 visa for my business visit to an Recycling Exhibition on Apr 2014......please help me with the possibilities of getting approved for the
details given below

I am the proprietor/owner of the company
We manufacture machines for Recycling Industries
My company is in 8 months old
I have my individual IT return for 5,00,000 annual from previous work
But still I don't have returns for my company. since its only 8 months old
My purpose of visit is completely for business to meet potential customers and suppliers at the exhibition for business exchange and also to look some
new and innovative machinery that is not available in INDIA
I am travelling alone and travel expenses would be paid by myself
I am staying at hotel and I have no relatives there
I have traveled three countries last year for the same purpose ..
Once my UK tourist visa has been rejected on 2010
I m married and have a 3 month old kid
I have my own factory building and a house here
US dept of commerce is being support to invite international visitors to this exhibition
I have online booked visitor entry for this exhibition.


So after all this long questions is there any possibilities to get approved for my B1 Visa?.... in addition let me know if any other details needed...

My personal opinion. I could be wrong.

The one positive that stands out in your profile is you having visited other countries recently.

VO: Good Morning

ME : Good Morning

VO: So whats is your purpose of visit?

ME: To attend waste expo and conference

VO: Waste Expo? What do you do?

Me: I have a company and where we manufacture equipments for Recycling Industries

VO: Oh Good.. You are the owner of the company ? you look so young..

Me: I 'm being in this industry for past 6 years..

VO: How Long?

Me: 5 days

VO: Where?

ME: Atlanta, Georgia

VO: Great so your are going to develop your company when you come back...

ME: Yes

VO: Have a great trip...

Im applying for us visa usa b1 for 7 days travel
I have 9 years exp
Good salary
Problem is i have done my diploma in ece which is not a degree as per ds160 requirements and i did b.tech in distance education and i have not received my course completion certificate yet(2015). To fill ds16 which education qualification i should put to get my visa..please help me urgently

Can i just put diploma in ece only
Or can i add both diploma and b. Tech for safer side. But i dont have b. Tech course compete certificate
