B1/B2 Same visa used for Business and Travel in different times ?

Hi ..I am holding B1/B2 ..10 years multiple entry visa.....valid till 2018....

1st time ) My indian company sent me for business purpose ...at the port of entry ...i have said i am going to my client place for knoledge Transfore...
On I-94...They wrote B1...


2nd Time ) i am planning to visit US in december 2013 on same B1/B2 visa..for my personal purpose....travel....

Do i need to tell officer at port of entry that this time i am visiting US for tourisom purpose...is it allowed on same B1/B2 visa...1st time i went on business purpose... this time i am am going on travel puropose ...will he give me me B2 on my I-94.

You can say tourism / holiday on a B1/B2. No worries. I have done that.
