B1/B2 visa cancelled under Sec 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(II)

" You are appear to be inadmissible to the united states persuant to section 212(A)(7)(A)(i)(i) of the INA, I will give you the option to choose withdrawning you application or admission in lieu of being ordered removed under section 235B of The INA. I choose to withdrawn. They stamped behind my passport "WD " Application for admission withdrawn W39007.


Today My interview in Embassy,

Officer asked me : How long did you stay for last visit?

I told him 5 month since June2012 until Earlier Nov2012 before the stamp expired date,He said that i'm using B2 to registered company, Bought Car and stay for fews month, I'm excatly doing my family business, we bought those equipment import to our country,I need car because i go those sales with different date. If i cant bought car why when i Bought cars the seller still sold to me? I'm open company just to buy parts and equipment to malaysia not to sell in USA! he said i earn money from there, I'm not earn money from there , I wire money and pay to those seller not i earn money. So how could i Withdrawal my B1 visa? I need to attend important business sales. I ask office but he say i need think myself. Anyone know? Please help !Thank you

When was your visa cancelled? What did you say at port of entry that they cancelled your visa?

My visa was cancelled on 16 January 2013. They checked my luagage and found i got business card,.
He asked me who is this business card? i replied that was my business.

When i got go interview he told me my visa was canceled because before immigration stamped me for B2 :

1- They stamped me 6 month but i stay 6 month before due date.
2- I got registered company there if ( I cant registered company why Court let me do for register my company )
3- he said i bought car ( WHy i can't bought a car since it 6 month we can bought car only with passport and b1/ b2 )

B2 Visa is meant for Holidaying only. One is not allowed to carry on business activities on this visa. The USCIS views this as a violation of the visa usage norms. Also, B1 is also not meant to carry out business FROM USA. You could go there for business meetings, but it seems you were running your business from USA. That is why this development with the visa department.
