b1 activities on b1 in lieu of h1b
I have a b1 in lieu of h1b visa valid until April 2014. Am I able to conduct b1 class activities on this visa or do I have to obtain a separate b1 visa? I have finished a short contract with a US company and have returned to the UK. I would like to discuss new contracts with other companies, which would mean entering the US without a contract with a US employer.
