Business Visa application

I had a business visa which expired. I visited US on that visa once.

Now I will apply for my visa again. Do I need to appear for interview process again? OR will there be a dropbox kind of a facility for getting a new visa?

There are certain criteria to qualify for drop box;

if your visa that expired was issued after aug 2004, you are applying in the same jurisdiction as the first one, you have not been refused any visa after the first one ,then you qualify for a drop box.
