Applying B1 While H1b is in RFE -please reply asap

Hi,
I am currently working with company xxx and have a new employment from yyy. Company yyy has processing my H1B and its in RFE state they will submit my RFE in ths week or so. But now my current employer xxx wants me to Visit US for a knowledge transfer and some training program and is processing my B1. .Now the question is
1. Can I apply for B1 for my current employer when My H1B is in RFE state for different employer.
2. How mush is the chances of approval for B1
3. Is there any chance of rejection to my H1B
4. In case B1 is approved and I want to get my H1b stamped, are there changes where my B1 may get cancelled.

It is not a problem. Two different employers ; two different visas. THere is no conflict. Each visa's success depends on its own merit.
For example, B1/B2 success will depend on your work agenda, duration desired and ties at home ( income, family, job stability)
a pre existing B1/B2 is usually NOT cancelled when granting an H-1b.

Do I need to consider any important point especially for B1 Interview??

They will ask about your time with the company ( more the time with the company more the chances ), your income and the duration desired.
Long business trips ( more than a couple of wks) will be questioned and you must be able to explain what your work agenda is.
