pls provide me some info about below Points?

1. If Someone applied Business Visa from previous Company & Got B1/B2 10yrs M Visa without any Annotation. Can he uses this Visa if he joins new Company or start his Own Business.

2. Can he Also use this for Tourism purpose?

3. Is it Mandatory that Very First trip has to be made for Business or it can be for tourism also?

4. Can previous Company cancel the Visa if no annotation is there on the Visa Stamp?

Oh yes. Once you are granted a 10 yr multiple entry, you are not bound to any employer. You are free to use it as a tourist also.
Previous company has no bearing on that visa.

Like I said, the companies have no control over your visa. so they cannot get it cancelled.

About your first trip, if it is scheduled close to what you mentioned in the application, I suggest it should be as per the application.
But if it is scheduled long time away, it could be anything tourist or business.
