B1 for Work Training / B1 in lieu of H3
Hi,
I currently hold a US B1 visa which is valid till 2023. There are no annotations in my B1 Visa. I have recently been employed by a company and my company sends every new recruit to the US for 6 months for Classroom based Hands-On training. The training is for 6 months after which I will be returning to my home country and continue my work with my companys branch in my home country.
Can I travel to US for the purpose of training with my existing B1 visa itself or should I apply for a B1 in lieu of H3?
