H1B Rejected twice.Chances of my B1 now ?

My H1 was rejected twice in 2011 with 221(g) and 2013 Oct (i have been asked to withdraw my h1 b petetion from my employer).
Now my new employer is planning to file a B1 for me.What are the chances of getting it ?

Hello, Mohan.

For H1, a lot depends on the company sponsoring you as it is a work related visa. So, it is not about you, necessarily, i feel, it has more to do with the company.

As regards B1, again your company would matter, here your circumstances like salary, nature of work also play a large role (as this is a temporary visit visa).
