B1/B2 Single entry visa approved with annotation

Hi,

On the 7th of February 2014, i got my visa(SINGLE ENTRY) approved with the following annotation

"To Participate in Business Conference and meetings in Austin, TX in Feb and March".

Expiration Date:- 6th April 2014

Can anyone help me with the below queries

1) Can i travel to US in the month of March (In case my meeting gets postponed by a week or two)

2) Can I travel to any other City/State other than Austin/Texas

1.Yes, you can. Carry proof of postponement.
2. Once you are admitted, you can go anywhere in the US.
But At the time of admission, you must answer the officer's questions with an intent to go to austin.
And a confirmed mode to reach austin if you enter at another port of entry.
