applying for b1 after f2 rejection twice three years back. Please help me

Hi i have applied for f1 student visa in 2011 april and may twice and was rejected and gave me a 214 b slip and advised me to do my research better and come back. I have lost hopes and never bother to apply again, however fortunately after three years my company is applying b1 for me for 3 mnths. am ok to go for the interview but the only problem was when i applied for f1 i stated i was wrking for some software company which i never worked and at that time i was working for the same company thats sending me now so am scared and nervous. i know it was due to bcoz of consultancy ppl advise i took **** experience but they never doubted that but now that i am going to apply for b1 and i will mention that i am working for this company. can some one please help me and explain how to answer and go abt it. will they cross check my previous rejections and also go and check at that time wat was company i was working for? please help and reply fast as i have an interview this week and scared to death abt this. wat can i do to improve my chances or will they caught me? please reply me as much as infrmatio possible apart from me praying thanks

I had my B1 visa rejected about 4 weeks back and was for a interview today itself. In the interview In the interview, the visa officer did mention some points based on what the previous VO had fed in. So, yes, they do capture all the details of what you have mentioned before. Something, I realized during the interview itself. Not sure if my questions help for your situation, but what the most imp questione which I felt was valid to be asked to me were -
Is this trip for the same purpose as before - Answered -Yes
Then asked my current visit scope - I explained upond which he checked the details in the system. Specifically menitoned, my colleague has entered so and so details which say your purpose was different earlier. I replied, the product for which I am going to the States remains the same.
