B1 visa Green Slip, Please help

Hi, I attended Visa Interview at Mumbai on 5th March 2014, I got green Slip, I had sent all the required doc as per the intrsuction on 6th March 2014 but recived a mail on 6th march to resend the doc. which I did on 7th march 2014, but since then I didnt recive any communication, still waiting. Please help.

can some body guide me, i have gone through interview for B1/B2 at the end golden words Your visa is approved and you will receive passport through courier after 03 days, its been 10 days now, status says that your visa is under administrative process.
