Hi- I was not able to complete my Diploma or Collage degree after my 10th Standard (SSLC). i have started working as electronics technician and then as computer technician from 2000 - 2009 and later by 2010 I was hired by a US based company in Banglore to work as administrator and has been with he company for over 4 years and i was promoted to Managerial grade to take care of their entire IT for their 5 offices across India. I am doing by Bcs computer science (Degree) through correspondence and currently in second year. Now my US company wants to file by B1 Visa for some training in USA. Am i eligible for B1 Visa, What are the documents that will need for the same and later can the company file L1 for me.
