Business visa chance

I was working as h1-b visa in u.s.a. And my i-140 denied and hence returned to india.

Now i joined same company who has office in india and i am employee in india for same company where earlier i was working.

Now they ask me to apply business visa to go to u.s.a. For technical discussion with customer in u.s.a.

I will be in u.s.a. For one week.

Under the circumstances, what are the chance for getting business visa ?

prior immigrant petition even if denied shows immigrant intent so getting a B1/B2 may be a problem.

What was the reason for I-140 denial? and how long back was it?
