Help on travelling for the first time with a 5 year old B1 visa.

Hello,

I have got a 10 years valid multiple entry B1 visa when I was working with ABC company 5 years back.
But due to some reasons i could not travel at that time.

Now I'm working with XYZ company and want to travel for the fist time. Can I use the same visa?

Is there any condition that first travel should be within specific period from the issuance of visa?

PS. My Visa does not have any annotation.

no such condition. You can travel any time during the validity. And a 10 yr multiple entry becomes a general purpose tourist/business visa . Not specific
to the original situation when you applied.
