I am woking in company that has office in delhi.

But i am operating from baroda in gujarat state.

Now i am applying for business visa - b1

i want to go to mumbai consulate.

Am i right ?

Or i need to go to delhu consulate ?

Any guide line on any website for this ?

Dear Meenu,

What is the place of residence on your passport ?
If it is baroda, you must go to Mumbai Consulate. Since you are operating from Baroda, being working for a company in Delhi will not matter.
Business visa is considered on applicant basis and not the company it is representing. Obviously the company you work for will have an impact, but that is only for the interview.
