Re apply B1 Visa after B1 Visa Cancelled

Hi,

I had B1 visa valid from 2010- 2020. but when I appeared for L1 this B1 visa got Cancelled and my L1 Rejected. Now if I Re Apply B1 is good or again go for L1. Now for Urgent visit required that's why.

Please provide your answers. Thanks in advance.

My L1 rejected with below comment and light green sheet.
