just send them an invite and a copy of your visa and a salary slip

Let them show self funding as 10Lacs + is ok.
In the form they should write " self " to "who is paying for the trip"

And a reasonable duration for the trip on the form ( eg a month) matching kids vacation.

Just to Add. To be safe, the business income should be provable with appropriate IT returns.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

I need to send "130 forms".
What other documents are required from me?
How much amount i need to show on my account(if they are doing self funding)

            Please respond ASAP-Urgent.

If they are showing as self funding then you dont need to send the I134 form, and you dont need to show your bank balance too. Your brother in law should carry proof of his 10 lacs+ annual income.

You can send then an invitation letter on plain paper/letter head along with a copy of your visa and latest pay stub.

This is my opinion not legal advice.

yes, raghvi is right. I-134 is required only if you are funding the trip for them.

But do send your salary slip, copy of your visa and approved petition along with the invite. They should carry their proof of income.
