B1 to H1b

Hi All,

I would be shortly applying for B1 visa but my role would be purely technical. I might be able to pull off the Interview at the consulate and I should be back in couple of months at max.

Assuming i am able to clear all these hurdles, how will it effect my H1B processing next year?

your question is not clear.

B1 and H1b are independent of each other.
