B1/B2 Visa Annotation

Good Day!

I recently got approved a US Visa, however, it has annotations. It has the Salt Lake City Annotation in there (since i will be attending meetings in SLC). Does this mean I can only enter at Salt Lake? My main problem is that there isn't an available flight from Manila to Salt Lake- all the flights has connecting flights from other US States. Prime example of the connecting flight is from MNL-NRT-SFO-SLC. Would it be ok to have connecting flights from SFO - SLC in my case?

you can enter anywhere must have proof of connecting flight to salt lake . and proof of place of stay at salt lake.
and after you enter through immigration, you can go anywhere.
