Urgent-Vacation on B1/B2 Visa

Hi All,
I recently applied for a B1 visa for business meeting/conference and I was given a B1/B2 visa.I need to be in the US for 2 weeks where I will be travelling to different locations for meetings.Moreover I plan to take a week off after that to visit my sister .Is it allowed on my visa?Also, the invitation letter from my company states 2 weeks so do I need another invitation for that 1 week from my brother in law?

pleasure visits are allowed on a primary business visit while the opposite is not true. meaning you cannot do business on a pleasure visit.
What you say to the officer as the main purpose will determine the classification( B1 or B2) he will stamp on your passport.
So just tell him you are here on business meetings for 2 weeks and will visit your sister after that, make sure he stamps B1 ( business) on your passport.

My Invitation letter states 2 weeks so do I need additional Invitation letter from my brother in law for that extra 1 week??

No. you do not.
Your primary purpose is business so keep the business letter handy.
