  • Interview B1 visa in 4 days stressed out, HELP

    Hello,

2 weeks ago I get a B2 visa denied and then 1 day after Esta denied as well.
I ve applied for a B1 and have an interview in 4days. Here is my situation, im appling for the B2 cause i m hired since 2 weeks by an ex business Partner. So in fact he hired me 2 ways ago, right away after my B2 get denied, he need me to set up a new office in US. I was working on different project with him since 2009 but hired in his compagny only since 2 weeks.
Need some advices about how to introduce this to the Us consular. If he ask since when do you work for this compagny as answer simply " 2 weeks", does my visa will get denied ?

    Thank you very much -

I am sorry to sound negative but your chances of rejection are high again. Plus scheduling the appointments in quick succession shows desperation.

Neither ESTA or B1 or B2 is suitable for this purpose hence your chances of another rejection are high. You are not supposed to be working on ESTA/B1/B2. Your employer should try to get you on H1 or L1 visa to US.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
