B1/B2 Visa - Travel to USA alternatively

Hi

I got B1/B2 Via [Original application on B2 - Tourist]. I have used the Visa once [Tourist]
Now if I need to travel to USA on B1..
[1] Trust the Visa is valid though original application was for B2 OR should I reapply?
[2] What additional documents are required at the POE if I can use the same Visa but enter USA for Business purpose [through my current Employer]

B1/B2 means you can use it for either B1 or B2 so just use the same visa for business B1 purpose. Just carry
the invitation from your business clients detailing the main purpose of your visit. In routine, they will not ask for it at POE but it is
always safe to carry that just in case.
