Signature not there in Shengen Visa

Hi,

I am a Sri Lankan.
I have been there in Europe 2 years ago under tourist visa.I got my shengen visa at that time and there was a signature (see the image) in this place.

But this time I applied for Business Visa and I saw there is no signature and it looks like this

My question is this is a mistake or it is normal.Should I speak to Embassy.
