Travelling to US, is there a restriciton on visiting after 3 months.

Hello Immihelp,

First off, sorry for my lack of information regarding this matter and I am pretty sure this question has been asked several time before.

I've been granted a one year B1 visa, from Jul 14 - Jun 15. Since my case went into Administrative process and I got late, now I am supposed to attend my training in January.

So, is there a limit or restriction that I can not visit with less than 6 months of visa left? Or in the other case, is there a restriction after not visiting in first six months of your visa.

Myth

There is no such thing. You can travel for the first time even on the last day of the visa validity.
