B1 - less experience with Current Employer?

Hi Guys,

Just need a help from you all. I am software engineer with overall 4+ years of experience but, I have been working with my current employer only since a month and need to get B1 visa for new proj requirement. Please help how to tackle the question 'How long you are working with the current company?', 'You have very less experience with current employer. Why did your employer chose you to travel? '

Please help me what would be pleasing answer for these questions.
