My name is printed as Lakshmiprasad D in my passport, visa application, tax returns and my US invite letter. In my marks card and other documents, its printed as Lakshmi Prasad D. I have taken an affidavit from notary stating that both names refer to me. I have a business visa interview this friday. Will the above cause any problems?
